Larger item delivery
If you are ordering any of our larger items these will be delivered by Parcel Force.
Some of our mirrors are delivered by a specialist courier. You will notified of this after point of sale and this delivery is approximately 10-14 working days.
We’d love to have our products in homes all around the world and therefore
welcome international orders. International ordering is simple, orders can be taken online or by phone.

If you are ordering any of our larger items of furniture or lighting from
outside the UK, Please note that International Deliveries may incur further postage charges based on final weight and size of packed orders. You will be contacted directly before your order is dispatched if further postage costs are required. Unfortunately, these costs cannot be calculated until your order has been placed.
We do, of course, hope you will be delighted with your goods. However, you are
entitled to a product refund up to 21 days from the dispatch date of goods. We offer
a no-quibble returns policy on all our products. The returned products must be new,
in perfect condition, complete with any original swing tags attached, and in original
packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please fill out
the returns form that will be sent with your order. We strongly recommend that you
obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we
reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct a percentage of the
original selling price from the refund amount.
Delivery charges are non-refundable except where goods are faulty or wrongly sent.

If you are returning a larger item delivered to you by courier, we will arrange for the
collection of the goods. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of the
return journey if not faulty, the price of which will be deducted from your refund.
We aim to process all refunds within 10 days. However, during busy times, this might
take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made.
